About me

About Me 🧘‍♀️

I’m Kathi Meier — a registered Osteopath (M.Ost), fully qualified SIRPA Practitioner, and co-owner of the Complementary Health Centre Lee. I also run QiBodyWisdom, our partner clinic in Wilmington (BR8) and the home of my movement and mind–body courses.

My Journey 🥋

My work comes from a single movement lineage: Taichi → Qigong → Sanda (Chinese full-contact kickboxing). I started with Taichi and Qigong long before training in Sanda — after recovering from more than a handful of surgeries. That journey taught me what it really takes to rebuild a body: discipline, breath, resilience, mechanics, and nervous-system understanding. All of that still shapes how I treat today.

I support people across the full spectrum — whether you need a gentle tune-up, help with an acute injury, or support with long-standing symptoms. Everything I do sits within one integrated system; the proportions simply change depending on what you need.

Hands-On Options

• Osteopathy — structural, joint, muscle and fascial work • Chinese Therapeutic Massage — a “done to you” treatment that resets body + nervous system (great for self-care, tune-ups, and maintenance) • Medical / Fascial Acupuncture — targeted support for tissue sensitivity, fascia, and the nervous system

Movement, Rehab & Performance 🏋️‍♀️

• Sports rehab & injury recovery • Load management and movement mechanics • Taichi/Qigong-inspired exercises • Breathing strategies for power, calm, and coordination • Body-awareness training that improves confidence and control
