Therapeutic Approach
Whatever brings you to therapy, I am here to support you and walk alongside you — without judgement — for as long as you feel the space is needed. The work moves at your pace, shaped around what feels safe, useful, and appropriate for you.
How I Can Support You
I am an experienced Creative Arts Therapist and offer a warm, supportive, and containing therapeutic space. I work with both short-term and long-term therapy and have particular experience supporting people with:
• Neurodiversity
• Bereavement and loss
• Low self-esteem
• Anxiety
• Work–life balance difficulties
• Trauma
• Domestic violence and abuse
• Depression
• Identity-related concerns
• Other complex or overlapping needs
You do not need to consider yourself “creative” to benefit from this work. The creative elements are used as therapeutic tools to help access and move through experiences that may feel stuck, difficult to express, or hard to reach through words alone.
Experience
I have worked as a Dramatherapist with both children and adults since 2014, supporting a wide range of emotional, psychological, and life challenges.
Clinical Supervision
Alongside therapy, I also offer creative clinical supervision. I have experience providing supervision for:
• Qualified therapists and therapists in training
• Spiritual leaders
• Teachers
• School senior leadership teams
• Other professional roles requiring reflective support
