Journey Into Practice

Chris has worked as a gardener and tree surgeon for the past 20 years and has experienced significant back and shoulder pain himself. Through the process of addressing his own aches and pains, he discovered sports massage — which he now uses to support others.

Training & Development

Chris gained his diplomas in holistic and sports massage at the School of Natural Therapies in Clapham. He has continued to develop his skills through ongoing CPD courses in deep tissue massage and cupping.
