Kathi has been incredible in helping me rebalance my body after a particularly traumatic 18 months. I was in severe pain in my neck and shoulders, experiencing pins and needles radiating into my hand to the point where I was unable to sleep at night. Through breathing exercises, somatic experience and manual manouvres Kathi has achieved what I did not think was possible...no pain! She has taught me exercises to practice at home daily and shown me how to recreate somatic experience for myself so I can perform these by myself. I am eternally grateful for your work Kathi.
