Hypnotherapy

Focused support for habits, fears and unwanted patterns

Choose hypnotherapy if you want help changing a specific habit, response or pattern, such as a phobia, anxiety around a particular situation, low confidence or difficulty relaxing.

Sessions use guided relaxation and focused attention to help you explore and practise different responses. You remain aware and in control throughout.
