I Have been practicing Pilates for over 18 years, and have taught Pilates at the Complimentary Health Centre since 2000, and am qualified to teach to an advanced level.
As the majority of my clients have been with me for many years , the classes are mainly of an intermediate/advanced level. Although I’m happy to teach a few privates to prepare someone new into the class.
My classes consist of stretching, strength, toning & balance , controlling the body and using the breath to aid correct , flowing movement . Concentration helps to clear the mind – 1.15 mins just for you.
Classic Pilates is my love , and I try to get my joy and enthusiasm of moving well across to my clients with fun and precision.
