I began my career as an actress before realising my dream of owning my very own cafe. I enjoyed selling coffee and cake to my lovely customers who soon became regulars and friends sharing in life ups and down. Many people came in for answers to life’s problems and the cafe soon became known as the therapy cafe, a place where people could come to talk about how they were feeling – it was a safe place to feel emotions and to have a hug when needed.
I was going through my own issues regarding relationships, family and grief – mainly feelings of guilt and an ensuing insomnia that caused me to finally sell my lovely cafe.
It was during this time that I came across Hypnotherapy and RTT Therapy and realised how powerful it is. So building on my love for helping people, I am now dedicated to transforming people’s lives, not through coffee and chats (although that helps) but through these powerful transforming sessions. I can still offer tea and a hug afterwards. 🙂

Hypnosis is a term used to describe the natural process of body and mind under the guidance of a skilled Therapist.
