In addition we have our lovely therapists available to talk to you work about how stress may be affecting your health. Perhaps you’ve had back pain, constipation, sleep problems, period pain, mobility problems, a sore back, aching hands, painful feet for a while.
You may have even been to your GP. Sometimes conventional Western Medicine struggles to deal with some of these problems and Complementary Therapies can really help.

She’ll be able to chat to you and put a plan together for you to work out a plan to get you feeling your best.
